It charges our mobile, camera battery and laptop as we drive along. Don't need to start the gen set if we hit a free camp that doesn't allow them to be used. Lots of small country towns have very cheap van parks that are often close to bigger towns, the hotels in these towns often have very cheap country pub meals.
