Spend an evening in Alice

Category: Drive Travel

No trip to the Northern Territory is complete without a visit to Alice Springs, and the area’s newest entertainment, Evenings in Alice, has quickly become the toast of the town.

Coordinated by SEIT Outback Australia, Evenings in Alice is a progressive dinner and a wonderful evening of fun and entertainment where participants get to experience the history and characters of the Alice Springs’ community.

Evenings in Alice offers the choice of two different experiences, Scandalous Crimes and Infamous Miss Pink.

Taking place every Thursday night, Infamous Miss Pink is a night with the indomitable Olive Pink, botanist, anthropologist and champion of Aboriginal rights whose outrageous actions will entertain and amuse.

Saturday nights see guests play a more sleuthing role as Evenings in Alice heads to Alice Springs’ Gaol for Scandalous Crimes, engaging in the tales of the Alice Springs’ Gaol and its villainous inhabitants.

Owner of SEIT Outback Australia, Kathy Graham, encourages everyone visiting the area to, “come along and enjoy a night of laughter, mystery, entertainment and good food.”

Tickets are $120 per person and include transport, a two course dinner, beverages and of course a great interactive night of entertainment.

“Evenings in Alice is a chance for locals and visitors to have some fun, enjoy good food and convivial company while learning more about the adventures and fortunes of some of Alice Springs’ most colourful characters,” said Mrs Graham.
