Theis an annual favourite amongst the sailing community.
This Easter boating enthusiasts can convene to watch the race from the perfect vantage point of Redcliffe’s Suttons Beach and celebrate the Redcliffe Festival of Sails. The seaside festival will feature performances and activities to suit all ages, and will include live music, market stalls, roving entertainment and international cuisine.
Festival patrons can participate in a range of exciting activities, including:
- A beachside Easter egg hunt
- Face-painting
- Environmental awareness sessions
- African drumming workshops
- Sand-sculpting workshops.
The Redcliffe Festival of the Sails will be held on Good Friday, April 2, 2010.
