Bold Coffee initiative

Category: Food+Recipe

Coffee and a sense of community go hand in hand. Located in Brisbane’s northside of Bald Hills, a new coffee outlet is spreading a passion for community engagement, and a love of good coffee.

Run by Sarah and Justin Bold, the Bold Coffee espresso bar aims to foster community and conversation and invites people to come together in a welcoming space to share stories over a cup of coffee. “Good coffee is an experience, not a product,” Sarah said. “Customers in the suburbs know what good coffee should taste like, so we aspire to offer them an amazing experience in every cup – and an ear in case they need someone to listen to them.”

A bustling hub, the little espresso bar embodies a community-minded theme throughout both its interior aesthetic and menu. With its earthy tones, raw-style flooring and recycled furniture, Bold Coffee creates a welcoming space. Serving sustainable Saint Coffee roasted by local roastery Cleanskin Coffee Company, the coffee shop also uses Maleny Dairy milk products, and serves biscuits and treats from local suppliers.

You can find Bold Coffee at 2115 Gympie Road, Bald Hills, Brisbane. Find out more information on the Bold Coffee Facebook page.
