Fresh juice is one of the easiest ways of obtaining your recommended five veggies and two fruits per day.

Try the following juice ideas that prove being healthy isn’t always time consuming.

Carrot, Apple and Beetroot: Juice one small apple, four carrots and half a medium beetroot. Be sure to juice the apple first and alternate between the other ingredients.

Super Green: You will need one handful of fresh, chopped parsley, one cup of pineapple chunks, six cups of spinach leaves, one celery stalk, and one medium orange. Juice all of these ingredients together before covering the juice and leaving to chill for 30 to 60 minutes.

Tomato Orange: Peel two oranges and place them in a juicer with one tomato, one spoonful of lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey. Give everything a good stir before serving. This juice provides both Vitamin A and C, and is good for the hair, skin and eyes.

Berry: Berries are some of the easiest fruits to juice. Simply combine two cups of strawberries, two cups of blueberries and two cups of raspberries to your juicer. This juice is a great source of antioxidants.
